All services are delivered by AI-assisted agents and human oversight.
Payment is required before project commencement. For projects over $2,000, installment plans are available upon request. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but confirmed project quotes are honored for 30 days.
Upon full payment, you own all custom code, designs, and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party components (open-source libraries, stock assets) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Gordon Ai Consulting Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
